“Maintaining a friendly, giving, and empowering attitude as I strive to care for my fellow humans.”

My name is Kealoha Snow, but I am commonly known as Kea. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Kaua’i, Hawaii, and now call Pleasant Grove, Utah, my home. Outside work, I lead an active lifestyle that includes going to the gym, playing pickleball and golf, cooking, doing genealogy, and enjoying downtime at home with my children.

My expertise encompasses primary and psychiatric care, and I have worked in diverse healthcare environments throughout my career. As a nurse practitioner, I deliver comprehensive services such as hormone replacement therapy, weight loss injectables, peptide therapy, medication management, IV therapy, and ketamine therapy, among others. Additionally, I serve as a healthcare advocate, assisting patients in understanding their care, navigating referrals, and completing essential medical documentation.

I am dedicated to making healthcare accessible for individuals who feel hesitant, intimidated, or underserved by the traditional system.

My goal is to simplify and personalize the healthcare experience, fostering a welcoming and empowering atmosphere for each patient. At the core of my practice lies a commitment to being friendly, giving, and supportive as I assist others on their wellness journeys. I remain mindful of costs and am driven not by profit but by a genuine commitment to helping individuals improve their lives.

Thank you for being here!
